        Important:

        • Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
        • Tour departures will NOT be delayed for guests arriving late.
        • We operate on Arizona Time which is the same timezone as Flagstaff, Sedona, Phoenix and the Grand Canyon.
        • Tour includes bumpy "off road" travel and is not recommended for pregnant women or those with recent/chronic back or neck issues.
        • Due to the Navajo Nation’s mask mandate, wedding, bridal, or engagement photo shoots are not currently permitted.
        • Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy. We're sorry!
        • If you must miss your reservation, you may send anyone in your place.
        • Refunds will not be issued for “no-shows”.
        • Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather, in which case a full refund will always be issued.
        What to bring
          • Winter months - warm coat, hat, gloves, scarf (lap blanket optional)
          • Summer months - brimmed hat, sunscreen and sunglasses
          • Water bottle
          • Comfortable shoes to walk up to 1 mile in sandy terrain
